In this ritual we will not just verbalize what we are releasing, we will meet what it is that we’ve been carrying around that we are ready to shed, as we embody the experience of release.
We will use the power of the fire element to open a portal for release and transformation.
Fire holds significant spiritual meaning, symbolizing transformation, purification, and the life force. It represents the power of creation and destruction, embodying both warmth and intensity. Fire invites us to harness its energy for personal growth, ignite our passions, and connect with the primal forces of nature. It serves as a powerful reminder of the dynamic and transformative aspects of life.
We will continue with a soothing sound bath to ground and balance our energies. The high frequencies of the alchemy crystal bowls will help us embody our desires and infuse our cells with the powerful vibrations of our intentions. As the sound waves wash over us, they will dissolve stress and promote deep relaxation, allowing for a profound connection with our inner selves. This harmonious experience will leave us feeling rejuvenated and aligned with our highest aspirations.
We will conclude the ceremony with a dance around the fire and allow it to transmute whatever remains that is holding us back from embodying our divinity.

Maya Andreeva is an intuitive energy and sound healer, dedicated to guiding individuals on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing. Her goal is to hold a safe space for everyone to awaken to their inner wisdom and cultivate their own healing potential, through a deeper connection to their higher self.
Catherine Wilke is a coach, psychedelic guide, and microdose educator. She is passionate about helping her clients to create relationships with sacred plant medicines. Catherine is the creator of Soul Sanctuary Microdose Experiences, a series of four 7 week programs, each exploring the energetic signature of a different psychedelic medicine.
