Working with Maya was the first energy healing experience I had ever done and I did not know what to expect. She took the time to really explain everything to me ahead of time so I understood what to expect. Her process of cleansing the environment prior to beginning the session really helped set the vibe and put me at ease.

For the past 2 years I have had a very painful ganglion cyst in my right wrist the size of a marble. I have been to the doctor a few times to have it drained but it always grew back more painful than before. 24 hours after the session I noticed the swelling had reduced and the pain had subsided. The following day it was completely healed and since then I have been pain free with no signs of it coming back.

I am not sure I even believed in energy healing till I had my sessions with Maya. Though I don’t know how it actually worked, I can say that I felt much, much lighter than when we started. I also had some sort of blockage around my throat which I had for so many years I forgot what it was to be without it. Maya was able to dissolve it after the 2nd session. I’m a big fan of Sound Baths and recently had the pleasure to participate in one of Maya’s SB events and loved it. Brought a couple of friends along and they raved about it also. Before showering us with beautiful sounds she invited us all to set an intention with focus on what we were ready to release and let go of, then helped us to connect with our bodies through movement, dance and breathing techniques. I was able to go deep and came out feeling much lighter, as though a weight had been lifted off of me. Wonderful experience & I look forward to her future events. I have been experiencing chronic pain in my low back and right knee for years.

Maya has come to my house several times to give me a private Juta

 healing session when I have been in excruciating pain. 

Each time Maya cleanses the aura in my room first. And spends time understanding my current situation and what my intention for the session is.

Like many, I love the experience of being in a yoga studio. Translating that experience on zoom has its challenges. But Maya's private Kundalini Yoga classes online have given me back the rejuvenating energy of a class that I have missed. She tailors each session to my needs, including an angel card reading! Maya's one-on-one classes offer a fun and relaxed way to share, meditate and recharge.

Additionally she is now teaching at the beach,  which I look forward to experiencing soon!
